Main Entrance
For arrival by car or taxi, the most convenient set-down points is immediately outside the Guildhall.

Concert Hall
The Guildhall is on three level and has connecting chairs in the main hall on level 2 and fold down chairs on the balcony on level 3. All areas are wheelchair accessible. The balcony has limited wheelchair seating available.

Induction Loop
There is no accessible loop system in place for our performances, but we are working on a solution.

Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs may be taken into the Guildhall, however we recommend selecting an aisle seat. If you prefer, you may leave your dog with a member of the steward team during the performance.

Facilities
All bars and cafés have step-free access.

Wheelchair-accessible toilets are on level 1 accessible via the lift.

Large print programmes are available on the day of the concert. Please speak to a member of the team for a copy.
